TweetBrain - Get More Twitter Followers
Thanks to Jack Humphrey at the Friday Traffic Report for discovering this tool and making a blog post about it. He’s got a great video there as well that shows more information on TweetBrain.
TweetBrain (see screenshot below) is a way for Twitter users to ask questions of other Twitter users. Think of it as the “Yahoo Answers of Twitter” only with a heck of a lot more punch and definitely more interactive.

Here’s how it works.
You sign up at TweetBrain.com with your Twitter name and password. You can then answer or ask any question that you like.
Why this is important to you is because if you ask a question and someone answers it, that reply will show up as an “@” reply on their Twitter account. So, like Jack mentioned above in his video if you have someone answer a question that you asked, and they have thousands of followers, your Twitter name is automatically going out to all of those thousands of visitors.
That said, I have run some tests, answered a few questions and such and my reply via TweetBrain to users did not show up on their Twitter streams. I then went in and told TweetBrain to automatically follow those whose questions I did answer thinking this might be the issue, but, still no luck.
TweetBrain is still pretty new but I do see it as something that could potentially be very, very big.

Sign in with your Twitter account info and you’ll be able to look at a stream of current questions and answers. Alternatively, you can use the search function to drill down on specific topics. Again, a great option for thought leadership positioning and also a potential way to build your sphere of Twifluence. [...]
